Originate new business
Execute transactions from start to finish, working on teams with other investment bankers
Benefit from the support of a sophisticated platform
Participate in deal success through attractive economic model
The Digital Investment Banker is a high-visibility position that will manage transactions from beginning to end, act as a trusted advisor to small and middle market companies, and be responsible for driving the pipeline for companies in the digital and e-commerce space.
The Digital Investment Banker would ideally:
Possess highly competent skillsets in the digital, e-commerce, and finance environment
Be able to demonstrate participation in and task responsibility for SMB transactions
Have an existing network in the digital, e-commerce, and finance sectors
Have exposure and a broad understanding of emerging markets
Be comfortable with building teams
Possess analytical and quantitative skills
Outstanding communication ability (written and oral)
Strong work ethic and professionalism
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create research content
Raise capital by issuing debt and equity for digital, e-commerce, and finance firms
Manage alternative IPOs and private placements
Discover and close partnerships
Facilitate mergers and acquisitions
Assist with corporate restructuring
Analyze risk and offer advice
Prepare reports, models, and forecasts
