LiveEdu.tv Launches ICO and Announces Presale

Y-Combinator company LiveEdu.tv is launching an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in Nov 2017. LiveEdu is building the next-generation online learning Lynda.com fully decentralized on the blockchain. Their presale begins on October 30th with a public crowdsale slated to begin on November 21st.

Live and video streaming has become one of the most popular online learning methods for teaching college students and professionals practical skills. It has resulted in new methods for teaching worldwide. However, there is currently no online education platform which teaches college students and professionals who have passed the beginner stage how to build real products from beginning to end.

LiveEdu is building the world’s largest project-based learning (PBL) library on any topic starting with the seven topics: programming, game development, data science, design, VR & AR, AI and cryptocurrencies.

  • The aim is to develop a decentralized online learning ecosystem that is not reliant on learning theory but practical useful career skills.
  • The peer-to-peer marketplace will connect streamers (content creators) and viewers (learners) from all over the world.
  • Streamers will create educational premium projects and are paid a monthly lifelong royalty fee if their projects are watched by viewers.
  • The immediate business objective for the crowdsale is to build 3,500 premium projects with 500 premium projects for each topic.

LiveEdu is a live and video tutorial learning platform where content creators teach learners how to build real products from the fields of programming, game development, data science, design, VR & AR, AI and cryptocurrencies.
