If you purchased your ticket directly from Qatar Airlines, you may request a refund by completing the form on the airline's website. After subtracting any necessary service fees imposed by third parties, Qatar Airways refund policy will credit the original form of payment with the purchase price. Within seven business days of receiving your request, if the card was purchased using a credit card, the refund request will be forwarded to the credit card company. If you paid with cash, cheque, or another method of payment, your refund will be given within 20 business days of our receiving your request.
